Visitors Information
We at Namaha Healthcare believe in Patient & family centered care. Adequate facilities and arrangements have been made for relatives and friends visiting the patient.
Visiting Hours:
- Each patient will be issued one attendant pass and two visitor’s passes.
- One attendant can stay with the patient 24X7 on the attendant pass.
- Visitors will be allowed only during the visiting hours.
ICU Visiting Hours:
- Morning: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Ward Visiting Hours:
- Morning: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Amenities:
- Visitor’s Lounges are located on all inpatient floors.
- Visitor’s Cafeteria is located on first Floor. It is open 24X7, visitors are welcome.
Do’s & Don’ts at Namaha Healthcare:
- Keep Noise to a Minimum: Please maintain low noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for other patients and their relatives.
- Respect Visitor Lounges: These areas are shared by multiple visitors. Please be considerate of others while using these spaces.
- Avoid Visiting if Unwell: To protect patient health, please refrain from visiting if you have an infectious disease, such as a cold or flu. Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands frequently.
- No Visitors Under 12 Years: Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to visit patients.
- No Flowers or Outside Food: To prevent infection, flowers and outside food are not allowed.
- Cell Phone Usage: Cell phones are restricted in certain areas. If you have any questions about their use, please consult with your nurse.
