Admission Guidelines

Inpatient admissions at Namaha Healthcare are initiated based on recommendations from our empaneled consultants. If a patient is referred for admission by an external physician who is not part of our network, the patient will first be assessed by our Operation and Medical Services team. Following this evaluation and consultation, the patient will be admitted if appropriate.
Registration
- Registration is mandatory. If you are not already registered with us, please visit the Namaha Healthcare reception desk on the ground floor or the OPD counter on the 1st floor.
- A non-refundable deposit of ₹10,000 is required to confirm your OT slot.
- For maternity registration, a non-refundable deposit of ₹20,000 is required. This payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or through our online payment portal.
Pre Admission
- Obtain an estimate for your surgery or treatment from our Estimate Desk, located at the ground floor reception.
- If you wish to use your insurance policy for admission, complete the insurance formalities to obtain pre-approval. For assistance, contact our TPA desk at 022-6123 6172 or email tpa@namahahealthcare.com.
- Ensure you complete all pre-admission tests prescribed by your doctor before your admission date.
- Please have an attendant accompany you until discharge.
- Reservation does not guarantee a bed or room of your choice. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, availability may vary at the time of admission.
- Admission timings will be provided based on bed availability. Although we strive to allocate your bed at the scheduled time, please be prepared for any unforeseen delay.
What to carry
- Doctor’s clinical or admission note (if available).
- Your medical file and reports
- Copies of Aadhar and PAN
- Cancelled cheque (for refund after discharge, if applicable)
- Insurance Authorization (if received)
- Original Authorization note from your company (if you are a corporate empaneled patient)
Modes of payment
- Online payment (Only for admitted patients)
- Credit Card/ Debit Card
- Cash (upto Rs. 1,99,000/- only)
- Admission deposit is equivalent to the estimate attached. You are requested to pay 100% of the estimate amount prior to or on admission.
Insurance Documentation (if applicable)
- Insurance Form (duly filled by patient, doctor)
- Valid TPA card/ Policy copy (3 yrs)
- Corporate ID Card
- Relevant medical documents
- Clinical note / Admission note
- Cancelled cheque (for refund post discharge, if applicable)
- Insurance Authorization (if you have received one)
- Original Authorization note from Corporate ( if your are a corporate patient)
- Please complete your insurance formalities 48hrs prior to admission. Incase of partial approval from your insurance, 50% of the difference is payable on admission.
- Please submit original credit letter within 24hrs of admission.
- In absence of Original credit letter, patient will be liable for the final bill payment.
- Non-medical items (as specified in the MOU), are payable by patient.
Post Admission Assistance
- The hospital has Floor Coordinators stationed at every floor (9:30am-6pm) to assist your patient and yourself and ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Guidelines for Attendants
For the safety of both patients and attendants, we request that only one attendant stay with the patient in the ward until discharge. If the patient is transferred to the ICU, the room must be vacated, and the authorized attendant can visit during the designated visiting hours.
ICU Visiting Hours:
Morning: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Ward Visiting Hours:
Morning: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The ICU clinical team will provide a daily update to the registered attendant at a scheduled time. Please discuss this with the ICU Coordinator.
For the convenience of attendants in the ward, we offer an all-day meal package at affordable rates, including breakfast, lunch, an evening snack, and dinner, delivered to the room. Please request this service from our F&B staff.
Other Instructions
Please do not carry the following:
a. Jewelry & valuable items or large amounts of cash
b. Blankets & Sheets
c. Eatables
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, chewing gum and spitting are strictly prohibited.
We take pride in serving you. Giving tips to staff in any forms is disrespectful to our values and prohibited.
